The International Bateson Institute is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with researchers throughout Europe, the United States, and Canada. The Institute is dedicated to pursuing alternative approaches to research that focus on some of the most pressing problems facing our global community.

This website is primary focused on archiving a variety of materials related to the past work of William and Gregory Bateson and other scholars who worked on similar problems and to the present work of the Institute.
